If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, refunds will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions.

Refund minus $2500 deposit if you cancel before 120 days prior to the event
50% refund minus credit card fees (up to 3.5%) if you cancel within 120 - 60 days prior to the event
NO REFUND if you cancel less than 60 days prior to the event.
