Event Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, refunds will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions.
- Up to 90 days prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for future events, not membership
- 89 - 60 days days prior to the event: 75% credit to be used for future events, not membership
- 59 - 30 days days prior to the event: 50% credit to be used for future events, not membership
- 30 days or less prior to event: NO CREDIT
